Sarah Day is a strategy and agriculture expert at Edge. Prior to joining Edge, Sarah was responsible for establishing sustainability as a key pillar at AACo, Australia’s largest beef producer. In this role, Sarah delivered the Company’s first sustainability report, the Company’s first sustainability strategy, convened the first Animal Health & Welfare Committee and delivered their first carbon abatement project. Sarah brings her skills in project management, major project consultancy and law to her role at Edge and is driven by achieving positive outcomes for clients in the agricultural sector who engage in sustainability thinking.
